Welcome to the Aim High Basketball Academy

  We offer private, specialized basketball training designed for athletes at every level in the NYC area. Our coaches focus on developing fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and athletic conditioning to elevate your game. Whether you're aiming to improve your shooting, ball-handling, defense, or overall basketball IQ, our tailored programs provide the tools needed to reach your highest potential on the court. 

Join us for a Free Basketball Clinic hosted by Deja Francis for Boys & Girls Ages 8-15. This exciting and highly engaging clinic will take place on August 30, 2025, from 2pm to 6pm. During the session, all participants will have the wonderful opportunity to learn new skills, improve their basketball techniques, and enjoy a variety of fun and challenging drills specifically designed to enhance their overall game. Additionally, every attendee will receive prizes as a special reward for their hard work, dedication, and enthusiastic participation.

 Deja Francis, class of 2018, played for the Aim High Eagles from the 3rd grade all the way through the 9th grade, showing remarkable dedication and growth during her time with the program. She continued her academic and athletic journey at St. Bonaventure University from 2018 to 2021, and then transferred to Norfolk State University where she played from 2021 to 2023. Following her collegiate career, Deja took her talents overseas and played professionally for Sloga Pozega in Serbia during the 2023-2024 season. Throughout her impressive career, she has earned numerous accolades, including selection to the A-10 All-Rookie Team, recognition on the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll, and placement on the NSU Athletic Director Honor Roll. She was also named twice to the First Team All-MEAC, made the MEAC All-Tournament Team, and earned BOXTOROW All-American Second Team honors twice. Academically, she achieved Academic All-District Honors. On the court, she contributed to two Regular Season Championships, the 2022-23 MEAC Championship, and made appearances in both the WNIT and NCAA Tournaments. Her professional career was highlighted by reaching the WABA League Final Four with Sloga Pozega in Serbia, showcasing her growth and success at all levels of competition.
